Abstract

PURPOSE: To control the relation between combustion and current flowing through a controller, by combining a device for generating a constant force irrespective of current with an electromagnetic generator which changes in proportion to the square of current and another electromagnetic generator which changes in proportion to current.
CONSTITUTION: An equation F=F1+F2+F3 applies to this pressure controller, where F is a force charged from above on the center of a diaphragm 21; F1 is a force generated by a solenoid device composed of coil 9, yoke 10 and plunger 12; F2 is a force generated by a solenoid device composed of annular yoke 15, permanent magnet 16, center yoke 17 and moving coil 19; and F3 is a force of spring 22 and a dead weight of plunger 12. The relation between the force and current I is expressed by equations F1=C1I2; F2=C2I; F3=C3 and F=C1I2+C2I+C3= (C4I+C5)2. As a result, the relation between current and combustion can be made ideal, by composing the controller with a unit which is in proportion to the square of coil current, another unit which is in proportion to current and a constant unit.
