Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a motor unit, etc., from operating abnormally by detecting an expected output terminal of a programmable I/O port being placed in output mode actually, and then by closing power circuits of motor units, etc. on the basis of a detection output.
CONSTITUTION: With main switch MS, power circuit 61 is activated to apply its output of ROM1 and timer 71 and after fixed time, power is supplied to the relay coil of timer 71 to close relay contact RC1. As a result, power is supplied to sequential controllers 1W5 and when terminals 0W7 and 10W17 of I/O port 5 are placed in output mode, the output of inversion amplifier 9 is held at high level "1", that of FF10 is also at high level "1", and relay coil R12 is activated to make relay contact RC2, thereby applying voltages across motors M1WM4, etc. Consequently, abnormal operation such as simultaneous operation of motor units, etc., can be prevented in case abnormality such as malfunction of a central processor.
