Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically control pH to be held constant, by eliminating metal ions such as iron ions dissolved into test liquid by means of ion exchange resin and circulating the test liquid with acid solution added.
CONSTITUTION: In the removal vessel 12 filling with the filler 13 such as chelate resin, metal ions in test liquid are removed, acid solution is added in the test liquid with the pH adjusting vessel 14 providing the pH measuring electrode 19 and the pH is kept constant. The test liquid adjusted constant in the adjusting vessel 14 is delivered to the test liquid tank 10 with the pump 22 and fed to the cell 2 with a given flow via the flow meter 8.
