CONSTITUTION: Pulse driving circuits 2a, 2b and 2c corresponding to duty ratios of the driving current which is supplied to semiconductor oscillator 1 are provided, and the pulse voltage supplied from one of them is supplied to semiconductor oscillator 1 through corresponding one of diodes 3a, 3b and 3c. As a result, the driving current required for optimum operations can be supplied.
