Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a panel of foaming material with flat surfaces by providing a partition board at an opening portion of peripheral surfaces provided with a hollow space therewithin for filling material of the panel and substituting the partition board for mold releasing agent.
CONSTITUTION: A partition board 9, having at least permeability to air and flexibility, is provided at an opening portion 8 of peripheral surfaces 1 of steel plates or the like provided with a hollow space 4 for filling material of a panel. A jig 3 for pushing the partition board is fixed agianst the partition board and foaming material such as liquid foaming urethane or the like is poured into the hollow space 4, and thereby, the panel may be obtained.
