Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the title composition useful as a disinfectant, bleaching agent, bleaching and softening agent, disinfecting detergent, etc., by mixing a compound generating active oxygen, a quaternary ammonium salt, and a specific stabilizer.
CONSTITUTION: A composition containing (A) 0.1W50% of a compound which generates active oxygen, (B) 0.05W30%, pref. 0.1W10% of a quaternary ammonium salt such as a compound IV, V (at least one of R1-4 is 8W20C alkyl, methyldodecylbenzyl, etc., and the others are methyl phenoxyethyl, etc.; R5 is 8W20C alkyl; X is halogen, etc.), and (C) 0.0001W5%, pref. 0.001W1% of a stabilizer of the component (B), having a structural fomula of R6COOR7 [R6 is 2W20C alkyl, I, II (R8 is H, 1W5C alkyl; n is 0,1), III (R9 is 1W12C alkyl); R7 is 1W12C alkyl].
