PURPOSE:To perform measuring and adjustment works automatically as well safely and authentically while testing on turbine control system by controlling steam flow rate controlling valve and furthermore to get possibility for to certify in advance on whole control system by using a part of controlling installations. CONSTITUTION:From test arithmetic circuit 6 to driving circuit of motor, send test signal for measuring gain of motor driving circuit and motor, and also send test signal for measuring backlash of torque transmitting mechanism of motor. Feed back lift-head of steam flow rate valve being operated by this test signals. By this feed back signal, measure motor driving circuit and gain of motor and moreover backlash of transmitting mechanism and judge whether this measured value is normal or not.
