Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible the use of a watery oil by constructing the part having at least a metal ring edge on the spool and the sleeve in the hydraulic servo valve of an alloy composed of C, Si, Cr, Fe, B and Ni at a specified ratio.
CONSTITUTION: The part having at least a metal ring edge on the spool and the sleeve is constructed of a Ni-base alloy composed of 0.2W2.0% C, 2W5% Si, 9W 23% Cr, 2W6% Fe, 1W3% B and Ni for the reset by weight. Otherwise, at least the metal ring edge section on the sleeve is constructed of an alloy composed of 0.5W2.0% C, 2W6% Si, 20W23% Cr, 2W4% Fe, 1W3% B and Ni for the rest by weight and the spool is constructed of an Ni-base alloy composed of 0.2W2% C, 2W 5% Si, 9W23% Cr, 2W6% Fe, 1W3% B and Ni for the rest. This allows the improvement in the durability of the hydraulic servo valve even if watery oil is used.
