Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the plunger of a flow rate proportional control valve unit from sticking or attracting thereto by communicating a valve chamber for containing the valve portion of the plunger wound with an electromagnetic coil with an electromagnetic chamber for containing the electromagnetic coil to thereby balance between the hydraulic pressures of both the chambers.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic circuit is formed through a plunger 14 and a body 11 by magnetic flux generated from a permanent magnet 17 normally, and partially passed through an electromanetic coil 16. When a current is applied to the coil 16 at this time, a magnetomotive force proportional to the applied current is generated thereat. Accordingly, the plunger 14 is moved rightwardly against srings 19, 20. Thus, the valve portion 14a opens a fluid passage 18 to thus control the openig area so as to thereby control the fluid flow rate communicating between the ports 12 and 13. Since the valve chamber 24 communicates through the passage 26 with the electromagnetic chamber 25 at this time, the hydraulic pressures between the chambers 25 and 26 are balanced to eliminate the pressure difference therebetween to thus perform the above purpose.
