Abstract

PURPOSE: To miniaturize the volume of the attached instrument of an apparatus by a mechanism wherein a contact material is provided to all flow passage of an operating fluid to enhance the contact efficiency of an oil and the operating fluid.
CONSTITUTION: An operating fluid is flowed into an oil scrubber main body 21 from a nozzle 22 and is contacted with the oil which is distributed and dropped from an oil distributor 26 and impregnated within a filler material 25 when passed through the filler material 25 within the main body, thereafter a different substance within the fluid is solidified to remove and flowed out from an outlet nozzle 23. On the other hand, the oil collecting the solid substance is dropped to an oil sump 24 and sucked by a recirculating pump 28 to supply to the distributor 26 through an emitting conduit 30. The stop of the pump operation is controlled by the signal of a flow meter 31 of an outlet nozzle and at an appropriate time, a valve 35, 36 are opened to return the oil within the oil sump 24 to the oil circulating circuit through an oil filter 34.
