Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily prevent the reduction in the strength of a upper part, by using expanding object for floating particles removal.
CONSTITUTION: After a reinforcing rod 1, whose iron bars are framed in a cylinder, is laid in a pile pit A, a floating particles removal expanding substance (a) compris- ing a stiff and rubberized cloth-made cylindrical bag, whose diameter becomes equal to that of the reiforcing rod bar 1 when it expands, is attached in its shrinking condition and at one side of an internal wall of a rubber sheet made protection tube (b) placed at a upper part of the reinforcing rod bar 1. Afterwards concrete (A) is filled in the concrete pit (A). When floating particles (B) having a light specific gravity, such as sand, dust, pumice stones and the like, are gathered at the internal surface of the protection tube b after concrete (A') is charged up to a upper end of the pile pit (A), the expanding substance (a) is expanded by filling air through a valve 2, and thus, the floating particles (B) gathered are discharged to the ground from perforations bl of the protection tube b after passing along the outside of the reiforcing rod bar 1. After the concrete A is solidified, the expanding substance (a), the protection tube b and residual floating particles (B) are removed. Floating particles, which will become a cause of the reduction in the strength of the upper part, can thus be fully removed.
