CONSTITUTION: The output voltage of rotation voltage transformer 1 and the voltage corresponding to the synchronizing speed are given to the two inputs of differential amplifier 3. This difference appears in the output of amplifier 3. The output of differential amplifier 3 is given to comparator 11, and when this is higher than the preset voltage, relay 15 is energized. By this, an alarm or control signal is obtained.
