Abstract

PURPOSE: To detect the position, velocity and acceleration by displacing two or more magnetic detectors above a magnetic marking object made of ferrite wherein reference point is established magnetically by forming ferrite into an appropriate shape.
CONSTITUTION: When three magnetic detectors are approached to the magnetic marker 4 made of ferrite, output differences are produced according to the distances between the marker and the detectors, the distance between the maker and the detector can be known by the intensity of an output signal. Further, when another detector is provided to obtain a time lag at which the output signal becomes maximum, the velocity and acceleration of the moving detector can be obtained.
