Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid lowering of the impedance at the collector side as well as to secure the even output voltage at the wide band by setting the resonance circuit at the collector side of the oscillation transistor so as to secure the resonance with the frequency a little lower than the oscillation frequency. CONSTITUTION:The lambda/4-type oscillator circuit at the UHF band consists of oscillation transistor 1, resonance line 2 forming the resonance circuit to decide the oscillation frequency, variable capacity element 3, fixed capacities 4 and 5, feedback capacity 6 and tuning voltage supply terminal 13 which gives the voltage to element 3 via DC bias resistances 7, 8 and 9 plus high resistance 12 respectively. Both inductance 14 and fixed capacity 5 are decided so as to secure the parallel resonance with the frequency which is a little lower than the oscillation frequency determined by line 2 and element 3. Accordingly, the impedance of the collector in transistor 1 increases with the oscillation frequency, thus avoiding lowering of the oscillation output voltage.
