CONSTITUTION: PCl5 and NH4Cl are reacted directly without solvent using metal oxides, sulfides or organic salts etc. (for example; MgO, BaS etc.) or phosphagen oligomer (for example; cyclic and/or linear phosphagen oligomer) as ctalyst. On this occasion, PCl and NH4Cl are reacted under stirring at 1:0.8W10 of mol ratio, especially 1:4W10 and 100W200°C of reaction temperature. Also, adding quantity of catalyst is made 0.01W10 mol% against 1 mol of PCl5. Next, n- hexane is added to the reaction mixture and phosphagen cyclic compound is separated as n-soluble component and then, trimer and tetramer are filtered and recovered as crystals from oily large cyclic compound after distilling n-hexane.
