PURPOSE:To make the consumption of the water and inert gas of the captioned system nearly zero by cascade-controlling the pressure in an expansion tank through blowing of inert gas such as nitrogen gas while regulating pressure set value based on the cooling water temperature of the measured system. CONSTITUTION:A cascade type pressure indicating controller 8' is regulated of its pressure set value at each time by the cooling water temperature of the system inputted from a temperature transmitter 13. A cascade type PIC8' compares the pressure set value having been regulated and the measured pressure value in an expansion tank 6, controls a pressure control valve 10 and cascade-controls the pressure in the expansion tank 6 through blowing of inert gas such as nitrogen gas, so that the cooling water temperature of the system is kept always below evaporation temperature.
