Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide high security for an inwall and other built-up sections by a tank by dispersing injected liquid dashed in an area as near as it can reach the inwall of the tank. CONSTITUTION:A supply pipe 4 extends down from a domed-roof tank 3 of a tank 2, whose lower injection end 4' is enlarged in the shape as at a distance kept before it reaches the bottom end 2' of the tank. The injection end 4'' sprays liquid into relatively cross direction rays, which meet in an area enclosed by the tank inwalls 2', 2''. In operation of the tank 2 the lower injection end 4'' has the liquid sprayed in cross-directions so that burst energy of a dynamic pressure produced by the burst will die due to consumption of impact energy before sprayed liquid reaches the inwalls 2', 2''. The liquid has no inferior effect on the membrane and is stored in the tank.
