Abstract

As a servo motor 5A is revolved, the root ends of the optical fibers 1 arrayed to the mounting plate 8A subsequently receive radiation or cutoff of light and therefore the ends of the optical fibers 1 on the face of the display panel 2A subsequently repeat brightening and darkening according to their configration, thus the display as if light is flowing is accomplished on the display panel 2A.
