Abstract

PURPOSE: To endure movable turbine blades against large centrifugal force by forming movable blade implanted portion as an inverted rectilinear Christmas tree dove- tail, readily precisely and inexpensively finishing the implanted portion, and increasing the contacting surfaces between the implanted portion and the implanting slot portion.
CONSTITUTION: The movable turbine blade 20 implanted prtion 22 having blades 21 is formed as an inverted rectilinear Christmas tree dove-tail 23 formed in profile only by the rectilinear portion in parallel with the turbine axial direction, two symmetrical cut outs 24 are formed on the top ends of the dove-tail 23 on the blade back surface 50a, and two symmetrical fence-like lugs 25 are formed on the front surface of the blade. When implanting the blade, first movable blade 20 is inserted radially of a disk 27 onto a retaining bearer 30 slightly along the turbine axial direction at the turbine implanted slot 28 in lateral direction of the blade. Then, second blade 20 is inserted in predetermined amount at both movable blades after engaging the cutouts 24 with the lug 25, and the blades are similarly implanted sequentially.
