Reader 5 activates control signal 5a when reading process signal 11a, and counter 14 of time division control circuits 12 and 13 is counted up, and contents of counter 14 are not only output as address signals 12a and 13a but also decoded by decoder 15 to open AND gates 9 of the next group as control signal 6a, and contents of buffer 8 are read.
