Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the relief pattern transferring work and the transfer device through transferring of the relief pattern on a panel surface material with the foaming by pressing the panel surface material in a relief shape with a foaming pressure while solftening by heat during the foaming of a foaming resin.
CONSTITUTION: An isocyanate and a polyether resin are mixed and stirred with an urethane foaming machine and a panel surface material 1 on a belt 6 is filled with a foaming resin 3 (urethane resin by a foaming resin injection machine 13). Then, the panel 1 is delivered between an upper mold conveyor 7 and a lower mold conveyor 5 to perform an urethane reaction.
