Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the reliability and to reduce the cost, in a steam turbin controller suitable for combined cycle plant consisting of a gas turbin and a steam turbin, by means of setting up a steam pressure entrance control mechanism of high pressures and low pressures.
CONSTITUTION: The pressure of high steam by a high pressure boiler 1 is detected by a pressure detector 33, and output thereof is compared with a set signal in a pressure setter 35 by a comparator 34, and on the basis of an error signal thereof, a pressure control signal is allowed to be outputted from a pressure control circuit 36. Control signal thereof is compared with a control signal from a pressure limiter 38, by a low value priority circuit 37 and the output is further compared with a speed controlling signal which is outputted from a conventional speed controlling circuit 22 via a low value priority circuit 23 by a low value priority circuit 39. And the opening degree of a steam adjusting valve 4 is controlled by means of inputting the pressure control signal passed through said circuit 39 to a convertor 26 of electricity ---- pressure via power amplifier 25. Almost similar control is effected about the side of a low pressure boiler 9.
