Abstract

PURPOSE: To miniaturize a clutch operation part and to reduce the number of manufacture processes by forming a disk part around the main shaft of a clutch mechanism, by providing a joint-stage part to the flank of a clutch gear, and then by providing a wedge-shape inverse curve part to a clutch plate fitted to the main shaft.
CONSTITUTION: Clutch gear 16 for moving core slide 2 is engaged with pinion 40 of manual rotation-synchronous axis 13 and has friction member 20 opposing to support bracket 18, and this gear is also fitted on main shaft 7 coaxially. Around main shaft 7, disk part 7a is formed and joint-stage part 16a inserted into the flank of clutch gear 16 is provided; and wedge-shaped inverse curve part 8b forming inflecting around the circumference of clutch plate 8 is interposed between the circumference of disk part 7a and joint-stage part 16a.
