Abstract

PURPOSE: A pump device which is favorable in assembly workability without need of discrimination between an air inlet valve and an exhaust valve by providing a diaphragm, an exhaust valve formed around its rim part, and an exhaust valve formed on the same plane with the seal surface of the exhaust valve around the rim part likewise.
CONSTITUTION: This pump device, namely a diaphragm (A) is incorporatively formed with seal surfaces 15, 16 of an exhaust valve 13 and an air inlet valve 14 in the same plane, at the same time, it is constituted by arranging the both valves 13, 14 in symmetric positions to the diaphragm (A). To put the seal surfaces 15, 16 in the same plane dispenses with the need of discriminating in the fixation of the air inlet valve 13 and exhaust valve 14 in the event of fixing the diaphragm (A) resulting in improving the assembly workability.
