Then, when said coat 3 has come to half solidified condition by heating, the main body 1 is openingly moved to the open position, after the coat 3 is broken off by cutting it at the rim part of the main body, the main body 1 is retained at the open position, solidification is performed by entirely setting the coat 3 adhered on the main body 1 and on the inner bulkhead surface of the air inlet pipe 2.
