Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to vary continuously secondary pressure by an electric signal in a simple constitution by fixing a magnetic-substance piece into the lower part of a valve body and then by providing the magnetic pole of electromagnet opposing to the magnetic-substance piece.
CONSTITUTION: Between fluid intake 1 and outlet 2 of aluminium valve body 12, valve seat 7 is arranged, valve body 8 is provided on the same axis as valve seat 7, and to the upper part of valve body 8, lower diaphragm contact board 9, diaphragm 4 and upper diaphragm contact board 10 are fixed by push knot 11. Into the lower part of valve body 8 of a non-magnetic substance, magnetic-substance piece 13 such as a cold rolled sheet is fixed and magnetic pole 16 of electromagnet 15 is provided opposing to magnetic-substance piece 13.
