Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize rapidly a controlled variable and manipulated variable by controlling the valve opening degree of an automatic valve with a proportional gain, etc., when a deviation of a measured temperature from a set temperature exceeds fixed extent.
CONSTITUTION: A heating fluid supplied from conduit 16 is led to heat exchanger 17 under the control of automatic valve 15, and a heated fluid supplied from conduit 18 is heat-exchanged with the heating fluid in heat exchanger 17 and then led into container 11. In accordance with a proportional gain, when deviation T2-T1 of measured temperature T1 measured by temperature sensor 12 from preset temperature T2 exceeds fixed temperature extent, differential and integral time, the valve opening degree of automatic valve 15 is controlled and the proportional gain, the parameter of a proportional control part, varies with the deviation of the measured temperature from the set temperature.
