Abstract

A wedge-shaped more than half of the thickness of the easily-amalgamable metal layer 9 deep groove 6c is preferable. The disk thus formed is pressed to produce a sealing cap. When the sealing cap is finished, the easily-amalgamable metal layer 9 over the rising part 6a is removed due to concentration of the tensile stress and the contraction applied to the groove 6c during the pressing.
