Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the operation given by the piezoelectric oscillator featuring a large amount of equivalent resistance at the rise time by decreasing the composite phase rotary capacity at the oscillation start time and increasing the same capacity at the steady time respectively.
CONSTITUTION: The oscillation output is zero at the oscillation start time. As a result, the output of rectifier 9 is zero, and diode 7 is off. Accordingly, the phase rotary capacitors are 2 and 3 to piezoelectric oscillator 1. At the same time, the application of the forward voltage is secured to diode 7 via rectifier 9 with increase of the oscillation output amplitude. thus diode 7 is turned on to secure the state under which auxiliary capacitor 6 is connected in parallel to phase rotary capacitor 3. As a result, the composite phase rotary capacity decreases at the oscillation start time and increases at the steady time each. So that μβ (μ: amplification factor of amplifier element 5; β: feedback quantity at the feedback part) can be increased at the rise time and decreased at the steady time respectively.
