Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction caused by the shock noise of vibrations or impact by using the PLL circuit to the circuit which controls the multiple demodulator circuit in the TV multiple sound broadcast receiver. CONSTITUTION:The AM-modulated control signal of the TV multiple sound undergoes the AM detection as the pilot signal. After passing through buffer 2, one of the pilot signals is supplied to PLL circuit 10 and then compared at comparator circuit 11 with the output signal of divider circuit 12 in terms of the phase and the frequency. This output becomes the control voltage of VCO14 after passing through LPF13, and the output of VCO14 is divided and supplied to circuit 11 for the control given to the phase and the frequency. Output voltage V of LPF13 is compared with reference voltage VR at voltage comparator 15. Voltage VR corresponds to the intermediate frequency between two frequencies of the control signal and is turned to the stereo and bilingual control signals in accordance with the high and low output of comparator 15, and the signals sent from input signal detector circuit 20 are delivered through gates 16 and 18.
