CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 5 is provided at a suitable place in the exhaust system of engine 1. Cooling water in the heat exchanger 5 is circulated to radiator 18. When temperature of engine cooling water is low, it is sent to heat exchanger 5 and heated thereby for facilitating cold starting of engine.
