CONSTITUTION:At the transmission side, aural signal detector 6 detects the presence or absence of the aural signals, decision circuit 7 decides the time duration having no aural signal obtained through detector 6, and synchronous signal generator 5 generates the synchronous signals with the fixed intervals. When the time duration having no aural signal obtained at circuit 7 becomes larger than the time duration of the synchronous signal, the synchronous signal is inserted into the time band having no aural signal to be transmitted in the form of the transmission signal. While at the reception side, synchronous signal detector 12 detects the synchronous signals among the transmission signals, and the obtained synchronous signals are delected 10 to reproduce the original aural signal.
