Abstract
PURPOSE: To excellently steam matter to be cooked, by effectively utilizing steam by mounting an inner box into an oven chamber in a coming-in-and-out-possible shape and by performing steam cooking by introducing steam into the inner box.
CONSTITUTION: A box body 3 for forming an oven chamber 2 is installed into a main body 1 of an electronic oven, and a heater 7 for generating steam and a control circuit 4, to which a magnetron 8 is connected, are mounted through signal passages 5, 6. An inner box 11 for steam cooking is installed into said oven chamber 2 in a coming-in-and-out-possible shape, and a feed pipe 10 of a water tank 9 mounted to an upper portion of said heater 7 is inserted into a pipe body 12 connected to the side-wall. Steam cooking is performed in such a manner that the inner box 11 is inserted into the oven chamber 2, the feed pipe 10 of the water tank 9 is inserted into the pipe body 12, the heater 7 is calorified, water in the water tank 9 is evaporated and the steam is supplied into the inner box 11.
