Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform the simplification of construction and exposure adjustment by performing sough adjustment with one aperture plate constituting an exposure slit width and fine adjustment with the other aperture plate.
CONSTITUTION: The filter device 41 provided with the color separating filters 43W 45 of blue, green and red consisting of filter mounting plates 49 having a specified slit 48, optical thin films 50 covering the entire part of said slit and the 1st aperture plates 51 whose sizes are so determined that aperture quantities W become blue filter; green filter; red filter=55:60:14 and which are respectively high in the central part and low in the peripheral parts and the exposure of the peripheries is larger than that of the central part is disposed between the 3rd and 4th reflecting mirrors 46, 47 and the movable 2nd aperture plate 52 is disposed in the upper part of the 5th reflecting mirror 53. With this arrangement, the exposure luminous flux reflected by the 3rd reflecting mirror 46 is soughly adjusted by the 1st aperture plate 51, after which it is finely adjusted by the 2nd aperture plate 52, whereby the miniaturization and simplification of the adjusting device are achieved.
