Abstract

PURPOSE: To switch on and off electromagnetic clutch with the use of "winding" timer setting winding time and "falling" timer setting the falling time of a weight so that the vertical movement of the weight may be automatically carried out.
CONSTITUTION: Electromagnetic clutch 20 is provided between motor and winding drum which is driven by the motor 18 and winds up wire for hanging weight 28. The weight is caused to move up and down by means of falling timer which opens the circuit of the electromagnetic clutch 20 until weight 30 falls from upper dead point to impact point and winding timer which closes the circuit of the electromagnetic clutch 20 until the weight 30 reaches the upper dead point from impact point.
