Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform measuring points of multi points with good accuracy, by preventing the measurement of transient state, by sequentially scanning the scanner on other measuring points after the comparison and judgement of the data with the comparator until the data are a given value with the data measurements two or more.
CONSTITUTION: When the measured phenomenon is selected with the scanner 2, the counter 8 and the memory 9 are reset simultaneously. The data A1 is fed to the memory 9 and the count of the counter 8 is added by one. Further, the data A2 is fed to the memory 9 and the counter 8 is further added by one. The comparator 10 compares and judges the first data A1 and the second data A2, and if it is within a permissible range, data is displayed on the display unit 6, the scanner 2 is scanned and selection is made to the next measuring point. With this constitution, the measured phenomenon can not be measured in transient state and multiple-point measurement can be made with good accuracy.
