Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to record the analog signal such as living body signal and the character information with high density, by outputting the character pattern as the signal corresponding to the viedo element unit at X and Y scanning.

CONSTITUTION: The character information from the memory 27 is converted 28 into the character pattern, the galvanometer 21 is scanned toward X, the synchronizing signals XS and YS to control the paper feed motor 23 of the recording paper 22 are produced 24 and the signal PS from the living body is fed to the meter 21. Further, at the recording of the living body signal, the signal PS drives the pen 21a and recording is made with the heating element 21b at the tip. On the other hand, at the recording of character information, the signal XS is given to the meter 21 to scan the pen toward X and the recording paper is fed to perform XY scanning by the pen, the character train patternized is outputted as the signal corresponding to the video element on the scanning line and recorded.
