Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion in the equivalent constant and resonant frequency, by forming the electrode formed on the surface on which the piezoelectric element is located to the oscillating plate, with extension to opposite surface. CONSTITUTION:The surface electrode 4 and the rear electrode 4' are provided with the piezoelectric unit 3, and the rear electrode 4' is extended to the surface of the unit 3. Thus, the piezoelectric element 2 forming the electrodes 4, 4' is mounted to the oscillator 1 with adhesives. In this case, one electrode terminal is picked up from the surface electrode 4 and another electrode terminal is picked up from the same surface as the surface electrode with the lead 6'. As a result, no hole is required to the oscillator 1 and since the mounting position of the unit 3 can accurately be determined, the dispersion in the equivalent constant and resonant frequency of the mechanical oscillator can be remarkably reduced.
