Abstract

PURPOSE: To repair the portion alone which must be mended with a little dust formation, by air-cooling the internal wall of a mixer car, by removing adhered material such as slag with spray of high press. water, by digging a slag line portion of the internal wall corresponding to that most heavily melted, then by repairing the portion.
CONSTITUTION: A mixer car 1, refractory lining of which has been melted, is allowed to stand so as to cool the inside naturally. The mixer car is laid down, and the inside is compulsively air-cooled by a fan through a cast iron inlet 4 and a lance hole 5.
