Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a cheap product having a superior anticorrosive property, by processing D&I can and moreover, applying once after painting and baking after applying a specific resin paint on both faces of steel sheet coated by plating layer composed of metallic chromium and hydrated chromium oxide layers and carrying out partial hardening and baking.
CONSTITUTION: At first, 5W200mg/m2 metallic chromium layer is formed and next, 5W50mg/m2 hydrated chromium oxide layer, calculated in terms of Cr, is formed on both sides of steel sheet.
