Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a cheap product having a superior anticorrosive property, by processing D&I can and moreover, applying once after painting and baking after applying a specific resin paint on both faces of steel sheet coated by plating layer composed of metallic chromium and hydrated chromium oxide layers and carrying out partial hardening and baking.
CONSTITUTION: At first, 5W200mg/m2 metallic chromium layer is formed and next, 5W50mg/m2 hydrated chromium oxide layer, calculated in terms of Cr, is formed on both sides of steel sheet. Then, partial hardening and baking being insoluble part in baked coating in the extent of 1W80% by MEK solvent extraction test, are carried out after painting expoxy resin base paint for can containing expoxy radical, hydroxy radical or carboxylic radical on both faces of obtained tin-free steel (TFS) at the rate being dried coating thickness 5W15μm. Moreover, once after painting and baking are carried out after processing D&I can using the above painting steel sheet and complete hardening is carried out so as to be the above- mentioned insoluble part of 80% or more.
