Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate a work of removal of the interposed material, by using a soluble material for the interposed material for the purpose of fixing the ring. CONSTITUTION:After a fixing of a hub 5 in the mold, comprising an upper mold 8 and a lower mold 9, in a constructed cavity 10, is filled a soluble material like water soluble materials, consisting of urea, sodium nitrate, polyvinyl alcohol, and heated and hardened, thereafter, to the periphery of compound unit of the constructed hub 5 and the soluble material is engaged and fixed a ring 4, made in such manner with a reinforced fiber circumferentially wound, further with the reinforced fiber radially wound between the ring 4 and the hub 5 to make a hardening, and a spoke 6 is constructed. In this way, after a construction of the spoke 6, if horizontally immersed, the soluble material is fused to flow out of the clearance of the spoke 6, thus can be facilitated the work of removal of the interposed material for the purpose of fixing the ring 4 to the hub 5.
