Thus, when the handle 44 has been lowered to the middle lowest position, the movable plate 26 makes rectilinear movement in the arrow direction, the hot water influent bore 47 and a cold water influent bore 48 open in the proportion of 1 to 1, upon moving to the lowest position on the left side, the hot water influent bore 47 fully opens, and after its movement has been displaced, the cold water influent bore 48 is fully opened.
