Abstract

Meanwhile, the quantity of inertia is gained by adding weight signals from a weight set instrument 14 to a computing element 15, a fly-wheel is selected while inertial error signals are added to a mechanical loss quantity set instrument, and the quantity of loss is acquired, added to a substracter 11 and deducted from travelling resistance signals. The set signals of the quantity of the inertia of the computing element 15 and acceleration signals from an acceleration detector 17 are added to an operational amplifier 18 and compared and operated. The output signals and signals from the subtracter 11 are compared by means of a comparison amplifier 19, and supplied to a dynamometer 7, and the errors of the quantity of the inertia are corrected. Thus, accuracy can be improved and automation can be made possible.
