Abstract

PURPOSE:To heighten the accuracy of inspection, by a mechanism wherein two mirrors, which are rotated and let rise and fall at fixed speed, are arranged in a small tube, light is introduced onto an inner surface of the tube through the mirrors and the reflected light is emitted from the tube and observed. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light source 30 is supplied to a rotary mirror 9 through a fiber 31. Light irradiated onto an inner surface of a tube by means of the rotary mirror 9 is again reflected toward the rotary mirror 9, and fed to a three color resolving optical system 20 through a optical-fiber 14. Three color picture signals are A/D converted through photo-multipliers 21-23 and amplifiers 24-26, and once memorized to a picture memory 27 as digital information. Picture signals memorized are converted in analog signals, recorded to a VTR28, regenerated and displayed to a monitor 29.
