Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an exhaust device for a combustion apparatus which can perform preferable combustion state and simplify the operation thereof by maintaining always negative pressure in an exhaust gas passage, eliminating the exhaust of the exhaust gas into a chamber, and preventing the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas passage from being discharged.
CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas passage 2 is connected to a combustion apparatus 1 installed in a chamber A, and opened at the end thereof out A of the chamber. This passage 2 consists of an indoor side exhaust tube 7, a passage 8 internally installing a fan 15, and an exhaust column 9. A bypass passage 4 is disposed at one end thereof in the vicinity of the opening 3 at the end of the passage 2, and at the other connected through a passage 10 to the rear end of the column 9 of the passage 2. The extended column 11 of the passage 8 is inserted into the rear of the column 9.
