Abstract

PURPOSE:To record continuously a great quantity of information without reference to a tape end by cascading several automatic answering telephoene sets to the same circuit and then by starting them in the prescribed order on detecting respective message recording tape ends. CONSTITUTION:Circuit L is connected to input IN of unit A, output OUT of unit A is to input IN of unit B, and output OUT of unit B is to input IN of unit C by cascading. Once incoming arrives from circuit L, unit A is started to operate relay R1, and consequently switch S1 is changed over, so that after an answer, an answering recorder circuit will operate to record messages. Then, when the message recording tape comes nearly to its end, a circuit detecting that operates and on the end of this recording, relay R2 operate to change switch S2 over; and a main wire is connected to unit B, so that another unit will handle following incoming. In tis way, a great quantity of information can be recorded continuously without being restricted by a tape end.
