Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the occurrence of the high-frequency driving clock signals for the charge transfer device with a small amount of power consumption and a small number of the elements by giving driving to the complementary transistor via the oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The collectors of complementary npn-transistor 21a and pnp-type transistor 22a which are connected to each other through the emitters are connected to power source 14 and the earth respectively. When signal phi1' sent from oscillator 11 and to be applied to the bases of transistors 21a and 22a features the low potential, transistor 22a conducts with the potential of signal phi1 supplied to terminal 6 turned to the low potential.
