Abstract
PURPOSE: Alloy steel tool having a superior heat resisting property and good cutting durability compared with usual high speed steel, containing W, Mo, Cr, Co etc. at a specific ratio and composed of by adding a specific quantity of one or more than two kinds of V, Ti, Nb, Zr etc. in a fixed extent.
CONSTITUTION: This invented steel tool is contained W; 2W25% (wt.% and so forth), No; 0.05W11%, Cr; 3W5% and one or more two kinds of V; 0.05W2%, Ti; 0.05W2%, Nb: 0.05W3.8%, Zr; 0.05W3.5%, are added in the extent (there is limiting reason) to satisfy the condition of 0.05≤0.24 V(%)+0.25Ti (%)+ 0.13Nb(%)+0.14Zr(%)≤0.5 and the remainder is composed of Fe etc. Temper solftening resistance is larger compared with usual steel and hardness more than HRC 60 is maintained even at 750°C and also, the alloy steel tool for cutting having more superior heat resisting property and cutting durability than usual high speed steel, is obtained.
