Abstract

PURPOSE: To dry grain uniformly by arranging upward a grain discharging nozzle due to the revolution of a rotary vane on the bottom part of an ascending transportation cylinder and feeding grain into the ascending air current in the ascending transportation cylinder from the nozzle and allowing the grain to circulate.
CONSTITUTION: A blower 1 is operated and allows the air to ascend in 8m/sec or more in a grain ascending transportation cylinder 7, and a screw conveyor 2 and a rotary vane 8 are turned to feed grain from a material feeding hopper 13. Grain enters into the rotary vane 8 from a feeding port 10, and discharged upward from a nozzle 12 as a result of reception of revolution force and fed into the ascending air current described above, and conveyed in a transportation cylinder 7 accompanied by the ascending air current and sent into the machine box 5 from the upper communication part 9. The storage grain 14 thus sent-in passes through an air dry chamber 4 and descends onto a screw conveyor 2 from a rotary valve 15 and is supplied to the rotary vane 8 by the screw conveyor 2 and again discharged into the air current in the conveyance cylinder 7 from the nozzle 12, and thus circulative drying can be performed.
