Abstract

PURPOSE:To establish the oscillation circuit to enable to obtain two multiple output with ease of circuit integration, consisting of three differential amplifiers and one LC resonant circuit. CONSTITUTION:The differential pair transistors TRQ2, Q5, Q1 and Q6, Q3 and Q4 constitute the differential amplifiers A1-A3 respectively. The amplifier A1 is oscillated in the frequency of resonant circuit PR. The amount of negative feedback of the amplifier A2 in opposite phase coupling with the amplifier A1 is set smaller than the positive amount of feedback of the amplifier A1, and the amplitude of oscillation is stable at comparatively smaller level. The amplifier A3 is coupled in opposite phase to the amplifier A2, and the relation of greatness of the gain of the amplifiers A2, A3 depending on the positive or negative direction of potential at the point (a) can be inversed. Since the potential at the point (a) is in variation toward positive or negative direction in response to the oscillation frequency due to the resonance circuit PR, the double frequency output can be obtained across the load resistor RL.
